HealthLy - Digital Health saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 124 in early July and peaking at around 222 in early September. Although there were fluctuations, the app maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter.

Mobile JKN experienced steady weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 77 to 110. Active users showed a slight upward trend, starting at 309 and reaching 348 by the end of September, indicating consistent user engagement.
